Phospho-Threonine Rabbit Polyclonal, Biotin-labeled (Cat. #AB-253)
Specificity & Preparation: Pan-specific for phosphothreonine, slightly cross-reacts with phosphoserine, but does not cross-react with phosphotyrosine. Affinity-purified with phosphothreonine immobilized conjugated to agarose. Conjugated to d-biotin via acylation of the primary amine with active ester of biotin (NHS-activated d-biotin). The concentration is 250 ?g/ml.
Usage: Reported to be effective for ELISA (1:1000) and immunoblotting (western blot, 1:1000).
