CD20 Recombinant Monoclonal (Cat. #AB-415)

Specificity & Preparation: Recombinant Anti-Human CD20 monoclonal antibody produced in CHO is a glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 80 kDa. This antibody was cloned from mouse. CD20 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity is greater than 95.0% as determined by RP-HPLC and SDS-PAGE gel. The antibody is lyophilized from a 0.2- m filtered concentrated (1mg/ml) solution in PBS, pH 7.4. It is fully biologically active when compared to standard determined by the apoptosis assay of Raji cell in vitro.
