CD4 Mouse Monoclonal, Biotin-labeled (Cat. #AB-422)

Specificity & Preparation: Mouse Anti-Human CD4 is conjugated to biotin. Purified by ion exchange column. Protein concentration is 1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

Usage: Applications include blocking and staining antibody. Blocks blinding of HIV to CD4. For staining, use 10 ul/106 cells. Titer for blocking T cell activation should be determined by the investigator.
