CD8 Mouse Monoclonal, Biotin-labeled (Cat. #AB-429)

Specificity & Preparation: Mouse Anti-Human CD8 is conjugated to biotin. Purified by ion exchange column. Protein concentration is 1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

Usage: Applications include staining antibody, weakly cytotoxic. For staining, use 10 ul/106 cells. Titer for cytotoxicity should be determined by the investigator.
