Specificity & Preparation: Anti-human growth hormone (GH) is derived from hybridization of mouse SP2/O myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant growth hormone. It was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography.
Usage: Reported to be effective for ELISA and immunoblotting (western blot, 1:500-1:1000, starting dilution 1:1,000).
