Specificity & Preparation: Antiserum previously preabsorbed on protein carriers and purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation. This antibody targets conjugated glutathione. Using a conjugate Glutathione-Glutaraldehyde-BSA, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds:
Usage: Applications include ELISA (1/2,000-1/5,000) and immunohistochemistry / immunocytochemistry (1/500-1/1,000, paraffin).
