Acetylcholine Rabbit Polyclonal ^ (Cat. #AB-T02)
Specificity & Preparation: Antiserum previously preabsorbed on protein carriers and purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation. This antibody targets conjugated choline-glutaric acid. Staining with glutaraldehyde fixative creates conjugated acetylcholine in tissue. Using a conjugate Choline-glutaric acid-BSA antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds:
Usage: Applications include ELISA (1/2,000-1/5,000) and immunohistochemistry / immunocytochemistry (1/500-1/1,000, paraffin).
