Histamine Mouse Monoclonal, Conjugated ^ (Cat. #AB-T16)
Specificity & Preparation: Monoclonal antibody was obtained after BALB/c mouse immunization with the conjugate: Histamine-Hexamethylene diisocyanate-Carrier proteins and hybridization of spleen cells with the myeloma cell line SP2/O/Ag14. Ascites production was performed in BALB/c mice. The ascitic fluid was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation. This antibody targets conjugated histamine. This antibody does not recognize free histamine. Using a conjugate Histamine-(Pc), antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds:
Usage: Applications include ELISA (1/1,000-1/5,000), immunoblotting (western blot 1/1,000-1/2,000).
